We currently offer door-to-door service in Istanbul, Adana, Bursa, Denizli, Gaziantep, and Ankara. For other cities, you can send your packages to our warehouse for free through our agreement code with Yurtiçi Kargo .
"International shipments are priced based on the higher value between actual weight and volumetric weight (dimensional weight). The calculation for volumetric weight (Desi) is as follows: The package's length, width, and height are multiplied, and the result is divided by 5000 to determine the volumetric weight."
Cargo companies cannot directly intervene in customs procedures. Since we cannot predict the expenses that may arise during customs clearance, we cannot guarantee customs clearance either.
Due to the different customs regulations in each country, sometimes shipments may get held up in customs. During this process, our company deals directly with the customs clearance or return of your package and assists you with any additional documentation required.
